Logistics Driver – Birmingham Area

Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum + overtime
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Quality Sourcing LTD are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics and distribution business in the Birmingham area. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced and reliable Logistics Drivers to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to build a long-term career in logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries and collections

• Conduct multi-drop deliveries across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region

• Ensure all goods are loaded/unloaded safely, with accurate completion of paperwork and handheld scanner use

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily vehicle checks

• Provide excellent customer service as the face of the company on the road

Candidate Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (Category B essential; C1/C advantageous)

• Previous multi-drop or logistics driving experience desirable

• Good geographical knowledge of the Birmingham/Midlands area

• Physically fit and able to handle parcels and goods up to 25kg

• Strong work ethic and ability to manage own schedule effectively
